POMELLO SPRITZ

POMELLO SPRITZ

Ditch the Aperol in favour of this new favourite. Providing the perfect balance of sweetness and citrus.


INGREDIENTS

50ml Pomello

100ml Prosecco

Top with Soda

Garnish with grapefruit


Fill a glass with ice.

Add Pomello.

Top with soda.

Stir gently.

Garnish with a fresh grapefruit.


SERVING

Serve in a wine glass or tumbler.

FRENCH MARTINI

FRENCH MARTINI

A hit since the 1980s.


INGREDIENTS

45ml Vodka

15ml fresh pineapple juice​

Ice

Lemon twist or raspberry for garnish


Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

Add vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice to the shaker.

Shake vigorously.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.​

Garnish with a twist of lemon or a fresh raspberry.​


SERVING

In a Martini glass - of course.

ST GERMAIN SPRITZ

Quick and easy but impressive and delicious.


INGREDIENTS

60ml Sparkling wine (Prosecco or Cava)​

60ml Soda water​

Ice

Lemon twist (for garnish)​


Fill a wine glass with ice.

Pour in the St-Germain.

Add sparkling wine and soda water.

Stir gently.

Garnish with a twist of lemon zest .


SERVING

Serve in a wine glass with twist of lemon - use a straw to curl your lemon.

BRAMBLE COCKTAIL

BRAMBLE

British gin based classic.


INGREDIENTS

40ml Gin

20ml lemon juice​

20ml sugar syrup​ (equal part granulated sugar​ and water, boil until sugar dissolves and leave to cool)

Ice ​

Fresh berries or lemon zest


Fill a shaker with ice.​

Add gin, lemon juice and syrup.​

Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.​

Drizzle De Kuyper Crème de Cassis over the top.​

Garnish with fresh berries or lemon zest.


SERVING

In a tumbler with plenty of crushed ice.

CUCUMBER COOLER

CUCUMBER MINT COOLER

A refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail.


INGREDIENTS

4 cucumber slices​

6 fresh mint leaves​

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice​

1 tablespoon sugar syrup (equal part granulated sugar​ and water, boil until sugar dissolves and leave to cool)

Ice

Club soda​

Cucumber and mint for garnish​


In a shaker, muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves.

Add the lime juice and syrup.​

Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.​

Top with club soda and gently stir.​

Garnish with a cucumber and mint.

SERVING

Serve in a highball.
